UAE Oil Boss Calls for More Stockpiles, Refining Closer to Users

The world needs greater capacity to store oil and produce fuels closer to consumers to tackle the impact of the severe disruption to the Strait of Hormuz, according to the head of the biggest energy company in the United Arab Emirates.
