Scudder Says Texas Is Not for Sale

Kendall Scudder, Texas Democratic Party Chair, says Democrats' statewide wins in Texas were the result of people working hard over multiple election cycles and rebuilding the party's infrastructure. Scudder says Elon Musk got a tough message that "Texas is not for sale." Scudder says Texas is open for business, but communities should have a say in data center development instead of finding out after decisions have already been made. Scudder believes Democrats' priorities should include corruption reform, reducing property taxes and rolling back school vouchers while strengthening public schools.
