NY Rep. Mike Lawler loses re-election in blue wave — despite swell of support from large bloc of Orthodox Jewish voters

Republican Rep. Michael Lawler lost to rival Cait Conley in a Democratic tsunami despite carrying the large bloc of Orthodox Jewish voters in the Hudson Valley's 17th district, sources said.
