Orioles decline option on RHP Zach Eflin, sign OF Rece Hinds to 2027 contract

BALTIMORE (AP) — The Baltimore Orioles have declined right-hander Zach Eflin's $25 million mutual option for 2027.Mutual options are almost never exercised, and it was no surprise the Orioles decided to pass after Eflin needed Tommy John surgery after only one start this past season.
