CVS Health Plans to Split Into Two Separate Companies

CVS Health says it is splitting in two, putting its retail pharmacy in one unit and its insurance side, which oversees Aetna and Caremark, will be separate. The CEO says the idea is to help customer engagement, affordability and care coordination.
