Randy Flores replaces Dana Brown as general manager. Flores had been assistant GM with the St. Louis Cardinals.

The former Cardinals executive takes over a Houston front office facing pitching concerns and a vacant manager’s chair.

Houston and Brown agreed to part ways in August.
